NOTE FROM FOUNDERS
Firstly and most importantly, we hope you’re safe and well during these unique times. Over recent weeks we’ve seen some inspirational stories in the media; from the amazing work of the NHS and other front-line services, through to incredible fundraising efforts such as Captain Tom. COVID-19 has had a massive impact on all our lives, but one of the positive trends to emerge is the importance of staying fit and setting training goals – something which is fundamental to NFG.
We aimed to start the year with our UK’s Fittest event at Olympia London, which sadly we had to postpone. Despite this disappointment, we have re-worked our events programme alongside NFG’s Performance Director Ollie Marchon, and we will come back stronger than ever. Don’t worry, you will have plenty of time to prepare and train – we will share more information around our updated schedule soon.
The NFG community is incredibly important to us – our athletes are at the heart of everything we do and we are delighted that so many of you have committed to our events. Thank you for your continued support. We really hope you’re finding ways to come through this difficult period. We all know the world of competitive fitness is ready to explode back into life, and we can’t wait!
We would like to take this opportunity to also say a massive thank you to our sponsors, technical partners and venues who have remained committed to supporting NFG – we can’t thank them enough for their support. Our partners have committed to running various competitions with some fantastic prizes up for grabs, including products and equipment to help you train from home. Additionally, we have some exciting new partners to be announced shortly.
When we collectively come through these difficult times, we are excited for what NFG has in store and for you to be a part of it. Thanks again for your continued support, and keep training!
